Duluth voters will have several school-funding questions to consider when they cast their ballots in the Nov. 3 general election. The League of Women Voters of Duluth will offer voters an opportunity to learn more about the issues at its upcoming Perspectives program.
Duluth Public Schools Superintendent John Magas will explain the two-question operating levy referendum being presented to voters in the Duluth Public Schools district. The referendum asks voters to consider additional operating revenue for the school district. He will also discuss a proposed amendment to the Minnesota Constitution concerning the Permanent School Fund.
