August Clay Camp: Fundamentals of Hand-building

A full week of making, shaping, and creating in clay right at SOLCA in Lakeside. In August Clay Camp, students explore real ceramic techniques—pinch pots, coils, slabs, and glazing—while building their own functional and imaginative work. Each day blends instruction, hands-on making, and open studio time so students can experiment and grow at their own pace.

Volunteer Day @ Piping Plover Habitat

During this volunteer maintenance day, we will be handling unwanted vegetation within targeted areas on Wisconsin Point Bird Sanctuary. If the wind and weather cooperates, we will be managing the invasives by burning them on site. Participants are encouraged to email Mikayla, at watertrail@stlouisriver.org if they are interested in helping

Concerts by the Lake

Bayfield’s Concerts by the Lake occur every Tuesday and Thursday, from June 17 through August 28, 2025 in Memorial Park. The music runs from 6-8 p.m. Guests are welcome to bring blankets or lawn chairs to the park. Dogs are also welcome on a leash. The concert could be moved indoors if the weather does not cooperate. A location will be announced the day of the event on signage around Bayfield.
