Duluth landscape photographer Ryan Tischer will be hosting a book release party for his newly released coffee table book Minnesota's North Shore of Lake Superior at Tischer Gallery on Friday, November 7th from 5-7 p.m. “This book is a culmination of my life's work,” says Tischer, who has been photographing the Lake Superior region for over 20 years. Tischer Gallery is open every day from 10-5.

Buster Keaton silent film with live music

Come and see and hear what it was like to experience a silent film back in the 1920s. Renowned organist Aaron David Miller, will accompany the silent film, "The Cameraman," on the historic Felgemaker pipe organ housed at Sacred Heart Music Center. The Cameraman is a silent romantic comedy film starring Buster Keaton, one of the era's greatest actors and directors.
