Sam & Travis Zimmerman: How Birds Got Their Songs

Lake County Historical Society invites families, young readers and book lovers to join a traditional story, told in both English and Ojibwe, of "How the Birds Got Their Songs," a captivating children's book brought to life by Travis Zimmerman and Sam Zimmerman. Sam will be reading Friday and Travis will be reading on Saturday. Highlights include a live reading, meet-and-greet with the authors, an opportunity to purchase signed copies, fun activities such as a coloring stations and free museum admission.
