Join the highly motivated instructor Ann Robertson for a yoga class designed specifically for seniors. This class includes gentle movements, stretching exercises and beginner yoga poses. Practicing yoga can improve cardiovascular health, aid in digestion, improve sleep and lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Due to space limitations, registration is encouraged. Fifty pivotal works by three prolific artists, Carl Gawboy, George Morrison, and Joe Geshick. The exhibit celebrates the individual's journey including the viewer, the fourth friend. Closing reception will include a larger program with pipe ceremony, feast, speakers and presentation of gifts in The Great Hall in the Depot.
