Known for his energetic ragtime and stride arrangements, Rottenberg has played in establishments such as Volstead’s Emporium in Uptown Minneapolis, the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver and the Diamond Belle Saloon in Durango, Colorado’s Strater Hotel over the last 18 years. He has performed at the Scott Joplin Ragtime Festival in Sedalia, Missouri, the Durango Ragtime Festival, the Evergreen Jazz Festival, the Summit Jazz Festival, the Cedar Basin Jazz Festival and the Old-Time Piano World Championships.
