Duluth's only student operated restaurant located at Duluth East High School. Your table service and culinary preparations are provided by 9th - 12th grade culinary art students with instruction from Chef Glenn D'Amour. This will feature the music of Jewish composers ranging from classical to film, and the stage. Erin Aldridge: Violin, Hector Landa: Piano, Beth Gilbert: Piano.
