Dennis Warner & The D’s

A two-time McKnight Foundation Artist Award winner and three-time finalist for the Kerrville Folk Festival songwriting awards, Dennis Warner has collaborated with many noted musicians, including Bobby Vee, J.D. Steele, Prudence Johnson, and Peter Ostroushko. In 2020 Dennis was featured on the popular PBS TV show Backroads, performing a sold-out concert that was syndicated throughout the PBS network. He’s performed at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C., and his touring career to all 50 states and beyond has earned him national and global recognition as a gifted and entertaining singer/songwriter.

“Stupid F##king Bird” is headed to the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival! But first, join us for one more on-campus performance of this “sort of adaptation” of Anton Chekhov’s "The Seagull." Proceeds help the cast and crew get to the festival in Des Moines. This play contains adult material and is not recommended for audience members under 14.
