Guest speaker is Duluth Mayor Roger Reinert. Taps and a 21- Gun Salute close out the ceremony. Light refreshments will be served. The PBS documentary “Cold War Secrets of Northern Minnesota” will be shown at 1 p.m. following the ceremony.
