Julebyen Hidden Folk Trail

There have been signs of "hidden folk" along the trail starting at the Shilhon trailhead. Walk approximately 1 mile on a self-guided circular trail through the woods to learn about Scandinavian Folklore. At stops along the way you'll be able to read about Tomten, Trolls, Dwarves, Elves and Nisse and engage in nature-friendly activities.

Catch our virtual tour online or stop outside to peer in the Nordic Center to see all the houses through our magical and expanded window viewing experience. Open Skating

Participants must pre-register online by Friday for their desired session. There will be strict distancing protocols upon entering the building and the rink. Each 45 min session will be limited to 20 people with only 10 people on each half of the rink. Skate check out available, all skates will be sanitized and left to sit for 72 hours prior to the next use per guidelines on equipment rentals during COVID-19.
