A Legacy Revealed: Secret War in Laos

Cher Pao Vang a Hmong elder and teacher, will speak about his experiences during the Secret War, his time as a refugee, and his life in the US. In the Twin Ports area, he maintains a prominent role in organizing the yearly Hmong New Year at the First United Methodist Church and has served as a speaker to bring awareness about the Hmong to the area.
