Anna Battistini lives in Emily, Minnesota, where there is a proposal for a manganese mine directly adjacent to property that has been in her family for generations. As the granddaughter of a miner and an artist, Battistini will explore stories about familial relationships to industry, water, and cabin culture in our region.
