Absinthe is a down-to-earth, classic Jazz & Blues cover band with some unique originals thrown in there. The trio is comprised of Mark Rossow on vocals/jazz guitar, Adam Staupe on upright bass, and Emily Robertson on vocals. These three formed a friendship & musical collaboration after many open mics & shin digs at The Snug, a gem of an Irish Pub on the beautiful Lake Superior.
