Join us for a classical concert performed on beautifully preserved historical instruments, bringing the rich, resonant sounds of the past to life within the Mansion’s elegant surroundings. Lutenists Edward Martin and Phillip Rukavina are presenting a concert: "English Renaissance Lute Duets from the Elizabethan and Jacobean eras." Music from this period is fresh, tuneful and engaging, featuring delightful pieces by Downland, Danyel, Lawes, Pilkington, Sampson, Johnson, Robison, and Allison. These duets are audience favorites.
