In this special presentation to commemorate the bicentennial of organized migration from Norway to America, Dr. Lawrence Moe will first overview the remarkably rich history of our migration from 1825-2025, giving special attention to the reasons so many Norwegians left their beautiful homeland for America, and then present and discuss a fascinating range of perspectives on our continuing efforts to preserve and appreciate Norwegian culture here in the United States.
