Enjoy wind ensemble music from the community Twin Ports Wind Orchestra (TPWO) and conductor Dr. Mark Whitlock in the spring concert, “Let Freedom Ring.” The concert features the world premiere of “Of Virtue and Loyalty,” composed by William Bruggemann in honor and remembrance of John Hussey–a long-time friend of and trombonist in TPWO. Event is possible through a MN State Arts Board grant.
