Yoga at the Library

Free class to try yoga and enjoy its many health benefits! Increase relaxation, improve strength and flexibility, and relieve stress. This class is perfect for ages 12+, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. Bring a mat if you have one. Superior YMCA wellness coordinator Jen Rosnau will lead this class.
