Celebrate the recovery of manoomin (wild rice) in the St. Louis River Estuary alongside local organizations eager to share projects, stories and opportunities to get involved. The evening will feature special guest speaker Deanna Erickson, Director of the Lake Superior Estuarine Research Reserve with insight on the importance of sacred wild rice for people and the river. Free pizza will be served.
