State Representative Emma Greenman and State Representative Jen Schultz will address the nationwide effort to suppress voting rights and what is happening in Minnesota. The City of Duluth's, Director of Administrative Services, Chelsea Helmer, will address elections in Duluth. A time for Q & A will follow the presentations.
