St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office and Virginia Police Department are partnering with Legacy Church and Recovery Alliance Duluth (RAD) to host a Trunk or Treat event, free and open to the public. Area businesses and community members will be decorating vehicles with kid-friendly Halloween displays in the trunks, and will be handing out treats.
