This program of Spanish Renassiance music will feature works of Ortiz, Cabezon, Escobar, Encina, and the ubiquitous Anonymous, arranged for vihuela trio. While none of these pieces were originally published in this particular instrumentation, the practice performing on the vihuela works intended for other instruments was widely accepted.
