Free Morning Yoga

Two weeks from today, free Morning Yoga begins at Enger Park's pavilion! The class is held on Saturdays at 8 a.m. and is a Vinyasa class, suitable for all levels of yoga. Thanks to Full Circle Yoga Duluth for partnering with us again on this popular program! Registration requested, limited space available. Lake Superior Estuarium Volunteer Training

Volunteer with the Lake Superior Reserve in our Estuarium (estuary + museum)! Interested volunteers only need to attend one session. The Estuarium, located on Barker’s Island, is a free exhibit hall with information about and interactive maps of the St. Louis River Estuary and the Lake Superior Reserve. There is also a play area for children.

Gina Ramsey reading & book signing

Author, speaker and humorist Gina Ramsey will share stories from her new anthology, "Animal Mayhem." The Superior author's collection includes true stories about renegade raccoons, diva dogs and chickens with boundary issues. Get ready to laugh! Duluth-stämman Nordic Music & Dance Festival

Dances, workshops, jam circles, performances, youth workshops and activities, and a unique experience that is inclusive to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. An intensively creative day of theater. On Friday night, eight writers draw who, what and where prompts from various hats and write a 10-minute script with those elements.
