Time for 341 million grand jury to act on crimes against humanity
I was about to start my next column when Yahoo revealed that scientists stated that life of every living thing started 4.2 billion years ago, only about 600 years after planet earth’s formation.

Life began with LUCA, or the Last Universal Common Ancestor, which is a prokaryote-like organism such as a bacterium whose DNA is not contained within a nucleus.

I wanted to know what “prokaryote” meant, so I checked my 1976 college dictionary. No word. So, then I checked my Microsoft ENCARTA College Dictionary published in 2001. There it was! It seems scientists never stop working even if they are not funded by governments.

Neither do grand juries when appointed by a president’s acting attorney general, who is seeking the regular appointment by President Donald J. Trump, a thrice-married sexual predator, jerk, prick, malignant narcissist, socio-psychopath and war criminal who is vindictive, revengeful and  seeking “retribution” from about 15 former cabinet members and advisers who have served him “badly.”

How many grand juries will decide their punishment?

But Trump is facing a huge “grand Jury” in the November 2026 mid-term election, facing the charge of committing crimes against humanity.

Will the American grand jury in the Divided States of America declare him guilty based on the evidence of the crime of committing economic inequality on a strong majority of the people?

A few of the criminal charges are listed below:

1. Food Insecurity: A full-page ad in the Fargo Forum stated: “I IN 5 MINNESOTA FAMILIES CANT AFFORD GROCERIES Tell Lawmakers to Support Food Banks & Food Shelves Now.” This evidence was supplied by about 100 food banks and other food donation organizations in the state that funded and signed the ad and added this note: “As the cost of groceries and other necessities continues to rise, more Minnesotans than ever need help – but food banks and food shelves don’t have the resources necessary to mee the growing demand.”

Scott Hennen in his Forum column, in a pro-Trump rant after the latest assassination attempt, wrote these beguiling lines about North Dakota K-12 students getting “taxpayer funded” school breakfast and lunches: “Do you want policies like taxpayer-funded school lunch for every student locked into the constitution forever, no matter the cost? That is a real question on your ballot.”

You know, Scott, Corky and I discovered that our seven kids did eat breakfast and lunch whether they were in school or not. My God, now we see our grand and great grandchildren do the same thing!
Some DSA states have passed legislation paying for school lunches for all children even if they are rich! What a waste of money! European countries have been using taxes to pay for school lunches for a century! 

As an example, my French brothers and sisters have been providing free school lunches for almost a century because it teaches children to eat good nutritious food, particularly local vegetables, so they don’t eat crap like our kids and become fatties.

Look at a film of French on the street. Very few are obese. They learned to eat right in school as did their parents. Our sidewalks are loaded with fat people.

2. Food Wealth Display: People attending the Kentucky Derby paid $100 for a hot dog at the Hard Rock Café, where Miami’s Finest Cheese House sold champagne with a hot dog smothered in Golden Goat Caviar. They didn’t reveal how much the champagne was.

3. When New Orleans and Baton Rouge Become Atlantis: Climate control research published in Nature Sustainability predicts that Southern Louisiana is facing 9 to 21 feet of sea-level rise and the loss of three-quarters of its remaining coastal wetlands to global warming when temperatures reach what they were 125,000 years ago. This means the shoreland and beaches of the Gulf of Mexico will be 60 miles north of where they are today. More than 360,000 people will have to move within two to four decades.

4. A Summary of Testimony By Ralph Nader: “The outlook is not good. With the advent of Dictator Donald Trump and his dangerously unstable, violent, egomaniacal personality, the resistance from civic society has not risen to the deadly challenge either quantitatively or qualitatively. A detailed report by the respected V-Dem Institute concluded that Trump and his administration are dismantling democracy in the U.S. at a speed that is unprecedented in modern history.”

Samuel Butler said: “The gods are those who have money or do not want it,” and added: “Education is learning what you didn’t know what you didn’t know.”

5. Putting the FBI on ICE: When the Lyin’ King Trump took office in July of 2025 there were 279 FBI personnel working immigration-related matters. After Nazi Stephen Miller told Trump to deport 22 million undocumented “aliens,” the “worst of the worst,” 6,500 FBI were transferred to rounding up all of those rapists and killers, increasing the total of FBI to ICE of 9,161.

6. Consumer Financial Protection Service: Director Russell Vought of the Office of Management and Budget stripped the CFPB of enforcement power and is helping industries the organization was to police. The developer of Project 2025 also does not enforce the Truth in Lending laws.

7. Holocaust Denier Nominated by Republicans: New Hampshire state lawmaker nominated friend who was a Holocaust denier to serve on public education panel requiring all schools to teach about the Holocaust!

8. Worker Wage Based on CEO Annul Increases: If wages of workers were increased by same rate of CEO pay increases in the last 60 years, workers would be making $432 an hour in 2026. Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol was paid $96 million for four months on the job, making 6,666 times what a worker receives. He suggests a $9 coffee is a satisfying buy.

9. Trump Eliminates 4.3 million Americans from Food Stamps: That “Beautiful Budget Bill” passed by a Trumplican Congress in 2025. Secretary Brooke Rollins announced: “Americans are getting back to work! Healthy employment numbers mean less reliance on government programs. America is back in business!”  He was lying. Actually, the unemployment rate is higher under Trump than under Joe Biden in 2024. A study of food security indicated current job creation numbers “are nowhere near strong enough to explain the massive number of Americans losing access to SNAP.”

10. Bezos and Amazon Display Treatment of Workers: From New York Times news pages: “on April 6, 2026, an Amazon warehouse worker collapsed and died on the floor of Amazon’s warehouse in Troutdale, Oregon. A co-worker trained in CPR tried to help but was told by an Amazon manager not to. For more than an hour, employees were instructed to continue packing items and loading trucks as the man lay dead. One manager reportedly told workers to ‘just turn around and not look’ and get back to work.”

Bezos, growing a business from a Seattle garage is perhaps the most anti-union billionaire in the Divided States of America — except for Elon Musk.

11. Gender Pay Gap Widens Under Trump: After controlling for race and ethnicity, education, age, marital status and state, women on average were paid 18.6$ less than men. March 26 has been marked as Equal Pay Day in the country. Among workers with a high school diploma women are paid 21.5% less than men. With a college degree, women are paid 23.8% less than men. That’s a gap of $12.07 per hour.

12. Half of DSA Children Breathe Dangerous Levels of Air Pollution: The American Lung Association reported 33.5 million children in the DSA — 46% of those under 18 — live in areas that received a failing grade for at least one measure of air pollution, and that 7 million children, or 10% of all children the DSA, live in communities that failed all three measures. The report also states: “Air pollution exposure in children can contribute to long-term developmental harm to their lungs, new cases of asthma, increased risks of respiratory illness and diabetes, heart disease and other health considerations.

13. The American Civil Liberties Union Holds Record: It brought 434 legal actions, including 250 lawsuits in the first Trump administration in 2016-2020 for its anti-civil liberties agenda. It won practically all of them.

14. Make America White Forever (MAWF) is Anti-Science-Trump and  Musk’s GOGE has stripped important federal science agencies of more than 260,000 positions that will assist government to control climate change, economic inequality, Wall Street corruption, tax evasion, national parks, federal lands, food production and extend world leadership in the world and human life itself. A partial list: NOAA, USGS, AIP, USDA, FDA, CDC, EPA, SNAP FSA, NSAC, AMA, APA and hundreds of other organizations in America’s universities doing basic research.

15. CEOs of Top Energy Firms Averaged $12.M Pay Raise in 2025: How about a 16% pay increase for CEOs in 2025? They have raised utility bills as much as 40% in some regions in just four years — and have shut off power to customers 13 million times. This pay increase was granted in 38 of the top 51 utilities. On top of the money, CEOs were provided private jet travel and vacation condominiums. While rates went up 6.7% between 2024 and 2025, CEO compensation went up 47%. American Electric in Ohio turned off power 173,000 times.

16. Trump-Musk Cuts in USAID Contracts May kill Millions: President John Kennedy in 1961 signed the United States Agency for International Development bill where in 2025 10,000 workers were cut who worked in 5,200 contracts serving at least 23 million children in the world attending schools and 95 million people in Africa and other places lost basic healthcare which would kill at least 3 million people a year.

Contracts did not allow abortions. These estimates were made by Oxfam, a reliable research organization in the world. During the COVID pandemic USAID spent %10 billion in emergency funds helping 120 countries in fighting that virus and its variants.

17. Climate Change is not a Hoax or “Con Job”: In 2025 China installed three times as much wind power capacity as the rest of the world combined and developed plug-in solar panels that a homeowner can buy and easily add to his fossil fuel power anywhere in the world. Wind turbines line many miles in China’s western deserts. Ultrahigh voltage power lines carry electricity for thousands of miles to factories on the east coast. The six largest wind turbine manufacturers are all in China, replacing General Electric and European corporations. Hilltops are topped with turbines all over China. Large solar panel “farms” have been built in less than a year. Xi Jimping claims energy is a strategic issue and is “forward-looking.”

Meanwhile, the man who came up with the most useless and expensive little war in history, says “My goal is not let any windmill be built.”

He has cancelled contracts to build wind projects in the Atlantic and Pacific and has stalled another 150 projects with the Pentagon claim they interfere with strategic radar — while fossil fuels fill the air with CO2 which will kill us all. To power AI data, we will need 34nuclear power plants in five years.

By the way. It will be 17 years since Obama made comments to Trump at a White House Correspondents Dinner when the Lyin’ King’s second term ends in 2028.
