Romeos and Juliets can be
heterosexual, bisexual or transgender
When I was principal of Horace Mann Elementary in Fargo about a half century ago a sixth-grade teacher asked me to teach Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet to her class in the spring because she knew I had taught it to seniors at Fargo Central High School because she was a former student.
Elementary teachers noticed and laughed that in the fall sixth grade girls “hated” boys in general but by spring and reaching the teens had fallen in “love” with the same boys.
Ah, isn’t puberty wonderful?
Sixth grade boys still didn’t get it because they were “slower” than the girls.
We also knew that among the 50 sixth graders in the school about five would become members of the LBGTQUIA+ community.
Last week the state announced North Dakota’s population had increased to about 800,000. However, the authorities did not report that the LBGTQUIA+ community in the state also increased to about 80,000 – from ages of one day to a hundred years.
We have known about gender fluidity for thousands of years. Greek playwrights wrote about the LBGTQUIA+ community 5,000 years ago. Alexander the Great, Leonardo DaVinci and a couple of popes were prominent members.
Research by genetic scientists at the University of Oslo in Norway gathered further evidence a couple of decades ago by reviewing members of the top 1,500 species. They proved same-sex behavior generally known as homosexuality was in every species.
Such behavior is natural and is used for social bonding, conflict resolution and practice in primates to birds to many insects. Sex is primarily for reproduction, but the LBGTQUIA+ community serves evolutionary purposes such as reducing tensions, forming social alliances and practicing courtship behaviors.

And King Donald II of the Divided States of America has attacked 10 percent of the population of 341,000,000 so he can turn Make America Great Again (MAGA) into Make America White Forever (MAWF).
If a person desires to become a rational, responsible, participating and working member of his or her society, they must possess knowledge of gender fluidity and identification. The average representative in Congress represents 800,000 people in a state, with 80,000 of them being LBGTQUIA+. However, a California senator represents 40,000,000 people, with 4,000,000 gays.

Here are just a few genders of the 74 members often listed
Queer: An umbrella term that can encompass all LBGTQUIA+ identities and experiences.
Gay: Used to be a term describing men but now may be used by all genders who identify as part of the at-large homosexual community.
Lesbian: Women who are attracted to other women. The term has become more inclusive and is now used to describe anyone who has a personal connection to womanhood. Transgender men c an also identify as lesbians. A nonbinary may also be a lesbian at times. Got that? Identifying a gender can be a very confusing business.

Nonbinary: An umbrella term that may recognize a person who is outside the common definition of male or female. It also is used to determine genderqueers or genders that are “nonconforming.” Gender fluidity can be complicated.
Pansexual: People who are attracted to all recognized—and unrecognized-- genders. They describe themselves as being attracted to “souls” or “individuals” rather than males or females. The holy water is getting very muddy.
Asexual: People who experience very little or no sexual attraction—or only experience it under special circumstances. In other words, sex is dull, unexciting, and time-wasting. Definitely does not identify with any gender.
Abimegender: The exact opposite of agender people who do not identify with any gender. This gender is identified as “profound,” “deep,” and “infinite.”
Omnisexual: People attracted to all genders but may have a preference for certain gendered characteristics of femininity or masculinity.
Genderfluid: People who shift or change gender identity as they age.
Bigender: A person who identifies with two specific gender activities. They have at least 74 to pick from.
Cisgender: People whose gender identity aligns with the sex assigned at birth — if it was assigned. What if a baby is born with both sets of genitals someplace on the body?
Transgender: Someone whose gender identity does not align with the sex they were assigned at birth and who may or may not go through gender transition. What happens when a five-year-old boy tells his parents “he” wants to be a “she?”  One percent of our population of 341 million will be transgender people. This means the average state will have 68,000 trans – and California will have 400,000 and Wyoming 3,000.

Donald II signed an executive order stating there were only two genders in the Divided States of America: male and female, so with one flourish with his Sharpie he put 34.1 million LBGTQUIA+ Americans in gay deportation camps and reservations where they are treated like Jim Crows of the past.
After Pearl Harbor about 120,000 Japanese-Americans were rounded up and placed in internment camps in several western states.
Our good friends, the Sugiharas, were impounded in Utah, where Jim earned a PHD in chemistry and was hired as department chairman at NDSU and later served in the administration. 
There is also a $51 million building at NDSU named after him which serves the Chemistry Department and other science fields. He was my bridge partner or opponent a thousand times.
Evangelical and Fundamentalist Christian politicians, including Roman Catholics, decided to place the LBGTQUIA+ community on the political whipping post to win elections.
In more than half the states, Trumplicans have attempted to pass or have passed legislation which would ban health care for transgender youth, prevent accurate gender passport identification and create laws which would destroy dignity, safety and autonomy of gay people across the entire country. During the term of the first Trump administration the American Civil Liberties Union sued Trump 430 times for not following the Constitution. In the second Trump administration, it has already sued it 200 times for the same reasons.

I have often wondered how the Roman Catholic cardinals can meet in St.  Peter’s Cathedral where the gay Leonardo DaVinci, considered to be the finest artist and engineer ever, to elect dozens of popes for hundreds of years under the dome he designed – and then debate in the Sistine Chapel and cast votes under a magnificent ceiling painted by the gay Michaelangelo.

Attention! These two gay guys are considered to be “intrinsically disordered” by the Vatican!
No wonder only 2% of Italians attend mass weekly. I wonder how many of the Catholic millions who have toured St. Peter’s and the Sistine Chapel have questioned how those two intrinsically disordered gay queers could do God’s work.

(1) Laura Loomer, a personal pussy adviser to the serial grabber Trump, said “She (Good) deserved it…I’m shocked her lesbian girlfriend wasn’t shot with her,”
(2) Fox Lies anchor Jesse Watters said “Good is a queer Colorado poet with a lot of pronouns in her bio,”
(3)  Vice President JD Vance, the Ohio hillbilly who was sold by  gay billionaire Peter Thiel to Donald II for millions to fill a vacancy once determined to be less important than a bucket of warm spit, called Good a “deranged leftist” while she was protesting ICE Gestapo,
(4) we have Krazy Kristi Noem, director of Homeland Security, who shot her sane puppy that probably decided he didn’t want to spend his short dog life with a bitch, said Good, a mother of three children, was a domestic terrorist who tried to run over ICE Gestapo, and, finally,
(5) we have King Donald II who with his scintillating vocabulary said: “Good and her widow Becca Good were women who were very, very, very, very disrespectful  to law enforcement.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Cruella de Vil of the Justice Department at Trump’s butt, has promised to investigate the two lesbians. Pam: check with their neighbors.
According to neighbors in interviews, Renee Good was a beloved wife of Becca Good, and both were beloved by neighbors.

Before Donald II warmed the Oval Office with the biggest part of his anatomy he signed a blast of executive orders that reversed federal nondiscrimination protections for LBGTQUIA+ people and dismantled the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies that would help eliminate hatred and bigotry among the members of the human race composed of Homo sapiens.

Director for the Human Rights Campaign Bentley Hudgins wrote “these changers would undermine human dignity and connection that are the antithesis of authoritarianism.”
At the time of the barrage of orders there were an estimated 14,000 transgender federal employees and about 100,000 gays working for federal contractors working on federal projects around the world.
There is no doubt that the federal government under Donald II will not protect the LBGTQUIA+ community from bigotry and discrimination.
Health care for young transgenders has become the biggest problem for their parents. Many states have passed legislation preventing medical treatment for transgender children under age 18.
A Texas mother of a 14-year-old transgender asks this question: “How do you explain this to a kid who already feels like the world doesn’t want him. There are Trumplicans who are opening the door to denying health care to anyone because of who they are. This isn’t politics to us. It’s my child’s health. It’s whether he feels safe in his own body.”

Trumplican politicians are also putting bathrooms across the country on a restricted basis because they can then yell about all of the attacks of transgenders taking place in thousands of bathrooms across the country.
Please find me one arrest of an assault by a transgender that took place in a public or private bathroom.
At the present time there are an estimated 15,500 transgender people protecting Nazis, white nationalists, and assorted white cowards such as Donald II and Stephen Miller from foreign attacks.
The guy with five draft deferments, fake bone spurs, and a broad yellow streak down his fat back has banned transgender people from the armed forces and those in service may be stripped from healthcare and military retirement.
The big battle now is whether transgender athletes can participate in athletic programs. All students regardless of gender should have the right to participate in the sport they choose.
