It has come to pass that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has earned  a terrible and horrifying reputation when arresting, beating up and harassing people in America while deporting them to dictatorships in the poorest countries in the world.

Most of the ICE forces, masked, armed, wearing tactical gear and body armor, are very busy arresting violent cooks, nurses, waiters and waitresses, maids and maintenance people, homeless, a four-year-old, strawberry, blueberry, almond, and apple pickers, cab and Uber drivers, wives, husbands and children, and nursing and assisted living home attendants, U.S. Army and Marine veterans, and  caregivers while skulking in the halls and courtrooms in courthouses across the nation waiting for immigrants to appear for asylum hearings or legal advice.

Many “criminals” were picked up in Los Angeles because of color, race, accent and type of job. What the hell is ICE doing raiding high school baseball practices in New York City boroughs? 

Meanwhile, ICE is neglecting to hunt for untold millions of murderers, rapists, pedophiles, violent criminals, thieves and all kinds of other “vermin” among the undocumented.

It appears so few people are attracted to ICE jobs by $50,000 hiring bonuses, high salaries, retirement programs and a $60,000 rebate on student debt, that now ICE has had to open its ranks to teenagers and grandmothers and fathers.

Adoplh Hitler taught his Hitler Youth members to report neighbors and workers who were non-Aryans to the Gestapo.

The backlash to the treatment and terror created by Homeland Security and ICE has been almost instantaneous.

The latest Gallup Poll reports 79% of voters consider immigration a positive policy for the country and 62% disapprove of Trump’s policies on immigration.

Most Americans want a country of laws, but they vehemently oppose the arrest and deportation of farmworkers, carpenters, construction workers, restaurant workers and others who have been living in the U.S. for “productive” years.

The Census Bureau reports that now we have 10,000 people in the DSA turn 65 every day — for the next five years! Will we have enough care givers to assist them when they need it?

The breakup of families gets the biggest “NO-NO.”

Krazy Kristy of Homeland Security followed her ICE crews to Los Angeles and yelled: “I’m here to liberate Los Angeles! We’re going to come harder and harder and faster, and we’re going to take those criminals down with even more strength than we ever have before!”

Los Angeles County has 10 million people, with 900,000 undocumented who keep the California economy growing.

When she was governor of South Dakota, after she shot her dog, she treated Native Americans so badly they banned her from their reservations!

She wrote this about ICE in LA (edited for brevity): “I saw the deployment of the Marines and the National Guard and saw scenes I could not have imagined just months ago. In peaceful Pasadena I saw the undocumented father of three Marines taken at his landscaping job, pinned down and punched by masked federal agents before being thrown in detention. People whose quiet presence among us was tolerated for decades as they paid their taxes and raised their American children are now hunted down like animals, so fearful of even going grocery shopping that Los Angeles nonprofits have mobilized to deliver food to their door.”

This isn’t America, it’s Hitler’s Third Reich and Trump’s Second MAWF (Make America White Forever). He and his motley crew (MAGA) never would exactly answer when America was great.

Elmore Leonard has a message Trump should follow: “If you meet an asshole in the morning, you met an asshole. If you meet assholes all day, you’re the asshole.”

Undocumented families and workers are the spine of our #1 economy
California, with 40 million people, has the 8th largest economy in the world among countries. The most populated state in the Divided States of America, it has millions of undocumented workers. It produces one-third of America’s vegetables and three-fourths of its fruits and nuts, and employs more than 75% of the agricultural labor in the country.

Forty percent of the 1.2 million employed farmworkers lack legal status, according to the Department of Agriculture. Most food-producing industries rely on migrant labor. As an example, strawberries and blueberries have to be handpicked because they are delicate.

Authorities estimate that up to half of the 500,000 meatpacking workers in the country lack visas and permits.

When a meat-packing plant in Omaha was raided by ICE and 76 undocumented were arrested, hundreds of workers did not show up for days. The plant operated at 15% of capacity after the arrests. Why?

Because fat-ass Republicans, Trumplicans, Libertarians and Democrats in Congress sat on their fat for decades, created a Tower of Babble of more than 200 laws for employers to obey.

Congress neglected to pass  easy-to-follow laws to make the poor legal after they crossed the border. These poor undocumented people have made a much better life for all of us through their hard labor while making billionaires out of millionaires and the lucky.

Shay Myers, an Idaho onion grower in one of the most MAGA states in the dis-union, puts it bluntly: “If we deported everyone who is undocumented, we would starve to death.”

The Guardian reported the words of a California undocumented: “We’re being hunted like animals. You can’t go out peacefully to do things, or go to work with any piece of mind. Most farmers in Ventura County are barely breaking even. I fear that has created a tipping point where many will go bust.”

Some Ventura farmers have lost up to 70% of their workers. DSA farm bankruptcies have doubled in 2025.

The nonpartisan Peterson Institute which studies trade and the global economy, states the deportations will increase food costs by 10% this year. (Gee, didn’t the provider saved by God say he was going to lower grocery prices 10%?)

In 2011 the North Carolina Growers Association advertised they had 6,500 jobs to fill. They received 268 applications, hired 268, 161 showed up, half quit after a month, and only seven stayed for the season!
The CEO of the Kansas Livestock Association said we have a choice: “Import workers or import food.”
To get seasonal H-2A visas for workers, big and little farmers must prove they have tried to hire citizens, must provide housing, transportation, meals for the “guest” workers, and must pay the prevailing farm wage (whatever that is!).

Only 17% of present farm workers possess visas under this babbling Rube Goldberg mess.
“Well, folks,” as Reagan would say, Stephen Miller has a goal of arresting 3,000 undocumented murderers, rapists, pedophiles, breastfeeding mothers, high school students, four-year old cancer victims and that ilk every day, detain them by the thousands in the Alligator Alcatrazes of the Department of Homeland Security where they can be harassed by pythons, heat, mosquitoes, alligators, and “frozen water” masked guards with no badges. (Frozen water is used by migrants to secretly announce ICE is near!)

Catholic Bishop Mark Seitz of El Paso, Texas, which has thousands of undocumented, recently spoke at Loyola University in Chicago and summarized the Trumpistan policy: The immigration crisis is driven by the deeper crisis of public and social life. On a fundamental level, these are signs that we are losing the story of who we are as a country. This is a crisis of narrative. Are we no longer a country of immigrants? Are we no longer a country that values the dignity of the human person, individual liberties and with a healthy regard for checks and balances?”

The answers have been given by CEO of America Donald J. Trump who seems to have become the victim of Madbull Disease, a variation of Madcow Disease which drives cows to weirdness and insanity. 
We need vaccines for a global Madbull pandemic. It creates verbal diarrhea in males which shocks us with amounts of bullshit coming from one individual. When CEO Trump holds a conference in the Oval Office, he creates a smelly lagoon of bullshit.

A student and teacher of history and government policy has a message
Robert Reich, a former secretary of Labor and professor emeritus of government policy at the University of California, has been observing what has made the American Empire tick-tock for more than half a century.

His central premise: civilization is the opposite of brutality. A civil society doesn’t allow the strong to brutally treat the weak.

He abhors what is happening: “We are living in an age of bullies. Those with power are less constrained today than they have been in my lifetime, since the end of the second world war. So how do we lead moral lives in this age of bullies? We do everything to stop the brutality, to hold the powerful accountable, and to protect the vulnerable.” 

I can tell by his change of tune, the lack of humor and his choice of words that he may have reached his tipping point.

He adds: “Trump is not the cause. He’s the culmination.”

I will use my favorite statement on our combined opinion: “Chances are slim to none the American Empire will survive the insanity of Trump, and Slim just left for Mars with Elon Musk.”

The major reason is half of our “civilizations” on earth are led by brutal males who have become war criminals as defined in the Geneva Conventions and international treaties. To name a few “civilizations”: Russia, Gaza (Hamas), Israel, El Salvadore, Venezuela, Ukraine, Syria, China, and the Divided States of America.

What would have happened if all of these “civilizations” had been led by women?

Anthropology professors at the University of Cambridge, studying the bodies of prehistoric women, discovered they were quite strong for their size. In fact, women  live six years longer than men.

And what about the wives of some of our modern presidents? Eleanor was as bright as Franklin, Pat was more civilized than Dick, Barbara exhibited more “strength”  than George HW, Hillary is smarter than smart Bill, Laura the librarian is a genius compared to lackadaisical George W, Michele is mentally and perhaps physically stronger than the civilized Barack who thinks “nice” all the time, and “cool” Melania can’t stand to be near the wacky, narcissistic, psychopathic Donald more than 10% of married time.

Twelve-year-old Anne Frank declared the ability of females while hiding in an attic from Nazi war criminals: “In the book Soldiers on the Home Front, I was greatly struck by the fact that in childbirth alone, women commonly suffer more pain, illness and misery than any war hero ever does. And what’s her reward for enduring all that pain? She gets pushed aside when disfigured by birth, her children soon leave, her beauty is gone. Women, who struggle and suffer pain to ensure the continuation of the human race, make much more courageous soldiers than all those big-mouthed freedom-fighting heroes put together.”
