A festival atmosphere with music across the resort for three days straight, the camaraderie of shared passion elevates the experience and with a projection for three mountains open with 50-plus runs. Musicians include Mary Bue, Triple Fiddle, Nicholas David, Old Pine Road, Moonshot and Spruce Roots.

The Truth in Duluth

Part of the Twin Ports Festival of History, James Curry presents a lecture about Irish radical journalist Jack Carney who settled in Duluth with his wife Mina, a sculptor from Chicago, and how they ran the weekly Truth newspaper 1918-20 together.

Steve Solkela has translated a 1700s Italian comic opera to modern English and is taking it for a second tour around the Northland, in case you missed it last fall.
