It’s time men of the planet listen to a woman – and do what she says
I have listened to many thousands of sermons on Sundays, church holidays, weddings, funerals, baptisms and many local, state, federal and planet administrative functions. 
I have spent 27 years as a Roman Catholic, 60 years as a Lutheran, and five years as an unaffiliated wanderer. 

I have watched and listened to eight popes try to make some sense out of 2,000 years of religious struggle to retain the Vatican’s power and numbers over an estimated 10,000 older and much younger religions—and 26,000 denominations. 

I have listened to hundreds of priests, ministers, TV evangelists and religious frauds who live frugally in poor parish houses or in multi-million-dollar homes and fly $90 million private jets to $10,000-a-day resorts. Many made sense on how to live a “good” life. Some claimed to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, while a few simply used it for subsistence and make a few bucks and always kept that phone number on the screen for contributions. 

  My favorite TV evangelist is Jimmy Swaggart, who waved his Bible in the air while spouting proverbs and skipping across the stage. His exit was dramatic. He fell on his knees, tears streaming down his face, while asking God to forgive his sins. He had lots of them, particularly with prostitutes he claimed he was trying to save. He was defrocked from the Assemblies of God in 1988 for “doing” too many of them while saving too few. He also “suffered” through a few extramarital affairs. 

He is 89, lives in Baton Rouge and runs SonLife Radio Network where he pleads for religious funds.

A beautiful female voice from Minnesota weaves a tightly-knit sermon
At the National Prayer Service held at the Washington National Cathedral on Jan. 21, 2025, the Right Reverend Mariann Edgar Budde, the head Episcopal honcho at the Washington landmark, gave a remarkable sermon before God, King Donald and many billionaires and cultural elites. It is one for all ages, creeds and political criminals. 

Here is the opening paragraph that grabbed my attention as a long-time listener of sermons:
“O God, you made us in your own image and redeemed us through Jesus your Son: Look with compassion on the whole human family, take away the arrogance and hatred which infects our hearts, break down the walls that separate us; unite us in bonds of love; and work through our struggle and confusion to accomplish your purposes on Earth, that. In your good time, all nations and races may serve you in harmony around your heavenly throne, through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.” 

That was the best start I have ever heard for a sermon. King Donald and his Motley Crew of MAGAs didn’t like it at all. I will cover why later.

Ben Franklin, our first postmaster, was always heavily engaged in the problems our White Founding Fathers had in preparing the colonies to become united states. He listed characteristics necessary for our leaders to possess: temperance, silence, order, resolution, frugality, industry, sincerity, justice, moderation, cleanliness, tranquility, chastity and humility. 

When you have some time, check King Donald’s cabinet appointments to see if they have the character to lead a nation in the 21st century.

If God checks us out from conception, He approves LBGTQUIA+ people
The Bible says God sees all of us in the womb. About 10% of humanity are born members of the LBGTQ+ community. Genetic scientists have been stating this for decades now. Population experts estimate 100 billion humans have died on Planet Earth. 

Do the math. That means 10 billion people have been members of the LBGTQUIA+ scattered around the earth. And one billion have been transgender people. 

Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo are two gay guys that did some painting, sculpturing, building and engineering that has brought billions of tourist dollars to the Vatican. 

I will also bet that Joan of Arc who led an army in armor and refused to wear a dress at her trial and live burning at the stake, was a transgender person. But I digress.

 I see the Census Bureau has estimated that the population of the Divided States of America has reached 341 million. That means we have 34 million gays carousing around and more than three million trans being attacked for living by ignorant, uninformed and sometime stupid theocrats and politicians.  

Experts said the North Dakota population is around 780,000 today. Do the math. This means that you have 78,000 gay neighbors, fellow workers, priests, nurses, doctors, farmers, students, babies and politicians trying to maintain a democracy instead of a theocracy or dictatorship.

Why are Catholics and fundamentalist “christians” against gays?
Chances are one of the 12 Apostles at DaVinci’s painting of the Last Supper was gay. Why the concentration on trans people? 

It’s all about political power instead of religious belief. The Vatican has been screwed up about sex for 2,000 years and the Southern Baptists and the Assemblies of God don’t want blacks and browns to have any political power – so it is a great issue for the White Nationalists.

King Donald, believing thoroughly in the religious theme of the divine right of kings, says he has never asked God for forgiveness because he has never sinned, although courts have found him guilty of sexual assault and defamation, guilty of 34 business and political felonies, and has been accused of sexual assault and misconduct by 27 women.

Congress has approved replacing the statue of white supremacist Charles Aycock in the capitol with a statue of the Reverend Billy Graham, well-known for being vociferously anti-gay. His son Franklin is carrying on his father’s anti-LBGTQUIA+ position while delivering the invocation at the blessing of King Donald in his ascension to the throne in the White castle. 

Graham has said God “chose” Trump to be the leader of the Divided States of America, thereby granting him the title of “The Chosen One.” King-elect Donald and his MAGA cult, including the Republican Party, decided early that being anti-gay would be a terrific cultural weapon to gain power. It would swing the conservative Catholic vote to Trump. 

The Vatican’s right-wing bishops, cardinals and popes are still peddling the hoax-that homosexuality is “intrinsically disordered” while giving White “christian” southerners the racial weapon of voting against blacks. After all, the 80% of evangelical and fundamentalist christians who voted for Trump have adopted the Christian Identity church position that God created Blacks to serve Whites.

If there is a God, He created the LBGTQUIA+ community
If there isn’t, Charles Darwin described the evolutionary process that did. If the Intelligent Designer checked each of us out in the womb, he allowed all Homo sapiens, including lesbians, asexuals, transgenders, queers and demisexuals to be born. 

There are people in the DSA in the last half of the 20th century who believed that the wristwatch was too complicated for man to produce! Evidently, they have become presidents and legislators, because they “know” there are only two genders and that Satan meets secretly with gays at night only in cities with Democratic mayors.

The Manhattan village idiot, who has demonstrated he is the most ignorant and uneducated king or president with a “claimed” college degree, has signed another executive order among hundreds in order to dominate all news cycles. This one is about prohibiting gender transitions for people under the age of 19: “It is the policy of the United States that it will not fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support the so-called ‘transition’ of a child from one sex to another, and it will rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.”

If there is a God, He approved more than two genders when he checked us in the womb. So far, 74 genders have been identified by genetic experts. He approved the policy of life begins at conception, but he must have also declared that only about four of five pregnancies would survive as fetuses to be born to breathe fresh air. 

I think it’s fascinating that, if there is a God, all lives that begin at conception are female. It takes six days for the hormones to start to develop males, if He wants males to dominate females. Chances are the world would be in much better shape if females outnumbered males by the ratio of four to one. They would follow Budde’s sermon instead of being stupid and calling her “nasty” like King Donald did.

A great woman eader in Washington who could make America great
This is how Reverend Budde ended her sermon at the National Prayer Day service in the Washington Cathedral, speaking directly to King Donald sitting in the front row:

“Let me make one final plea, Mr. President. Millions have put their trust in you. As you told the nation yesterday, you have felt the providential hand of a loving God. In the name of our God, I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared now. There are transgender children in Democratic, Republican and independent families who fear for their lives.

 “And the people who pick our crops and clean our office buildings; who labor in our poultry farms and meat packing plants; who wash the dishes after we eat in restaurants and work the night shift in hospitals – they may not be citizens or have the proper documentation, but the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals. They pay taxes, and are good neighbors. They are faithful members of our churches, mosques and synagogues, gurdwara and temples.

“Have mercy, Mr. President, on those in our communities whose children fear that their parents will be taken away. Help those who are fleeing war zones and persecution in their own lands to find compassion and welcome here. Our God teaches us that we are to be merciful to the stranger, for we were strangers in this land.

“May God grant us all the strength and courage to honor the dignity of every human being, speak the truth in love, and walk humbly with one another and our God, for the good of all the people of this nation and the world.”

Take a minute and go back to the characteristics of a good leader listed by Ben Franklin. 
Does King Donald possess even one? He absolutely hated every word directed at him by Budde while squirming in the front row. And said so later. 

A woman, telling the universal truth, lecturing him on how to run a country! 

That’s because the MAGA cult has elected a malignant narcissist who also possesses all of the character traits of a socio-psychopath. 

My God, King Donald even hates dogs and won’t pet them because he is a pathological liar, petty, cruel, vindictive,  condescending, deceitful, prideful, sadistic, angry, hostile, aggressive, and lacks conscience, empathy, remorse, love of others, and, last of all, kindness. Name one characteristic where he can say “Not Guilty.” 

Even his older sister Mary Anne who was a judge says she can’t trust her younger brother—and his niece Mary says he’s the most dangerous man in the world.
