Rendon is a playwright, poet, crime novelist and arts activist in Minneapolis and an enrolled member of the White Earth Band. Sweet is an Anishinaabe poet, also of White Earth, who served as the Wisconsin Poet Laureate from 2004 to 2008.

FInal Concert on the Pier at Glensheen Mansion for 2024. The Hats are an indie pop rock duo. Yonder, also from Minneapolis, is an Alt-Americana band with a heavy edge. The Penny Peaches consists of sisters Hattie and Grace Peach. Hattie, who also co-fronts Yonder, spent her college days at Glensheen as a tour guide and student gardener.
