Hoyt Lakes Water Carnival

What started as a city picnic in 1955 has grown into a four-day festival that draws thousands. Events include softball, volleyball and bean bag tournaments, 5K race, turtle races, bingo, queen coronation, parade, fireworks, live music, Shockwaves water ski show and more.
