Vietnam War from the Perspective of a South Vietnamese Soldier Thursday, Nov. 16, 6:30 p.m. Bong Heritage Center Dr. Ha H. Tuong will talk about his military experience and as one of the Boat People refugees before he settled in Minnesota, and about the many lost chances to prevent the war from expanding.
