Storm Drain Art Gallery open house Thursday, June 29, 5:30-7 p.m. Empire Coffee, 1204 Tower Ave., Superior The City of Superior has engaged local artists since 2014 to paint mini-murals marking drains that lead to streams and the lake, encouraging people to not dump wastes.
