MAYORS RECEPTION
Thursday, September 1st at 5pm

Duluth Mayor Emily Larson, as well as mayors from the surrounding communities, welcome visitors and residents alike to the downtown Duluth Depot for the opener of our Labor Day Weekend 2016 Pride Celebration.
This is an annual event hosted by local government representatives and Duluth’s Mayor. Enjoy live music, food, cockails as well as a brief presentation to honor outstanding contributors to the GLBTQAI Community. Meet and mingle with friends old and new! There is free snacks and free beer (while it lasts). A cash bar is available too. The evening caps off with a performance from aerialist Alex Loch inside the Duluth Depot’s Great Hall.
This is also a great opportunity to find out about all the events of the weekend, as well as learn about tickets for events such as the Fruit Float and Foo Foo Choo Choo.
After the Mayor’s Reception in the Great Hall at the Historic Union Depot, head downstairs to The Underground for A Very Pride Burlesque with the Duluth Dolls featuring Juliet Divine, Trixi Del Mar, and Vivica Colada.
