Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise from China that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. The goal is to perform the movements slowly and gently with attention and focus. The movements are learned individually but performed as sequence of movements. Overall the practice of Tai Chi enhances wellness and one's ability to relax.

Free Quilting Class

Learn from an expert how to create beautiful quilt patterns. Sewing machines are provided. Fabric, batting and backing fabric are free. Quilts will be donated to people with low incomes. Everyone welcome! Heading south on Grand Avenue a couple blocks past Spirit Mountain, you’ll see the A-frame church building on the left. Or call 218-727-8940 for free rides!
