Senior Yoga

Join the highly motivated instructor Ann Robertson for a yoga class designed specifically for seniors. This class includes gentle movements, stretching exercises and beginner yoga poses. Practicing yoga can improve cardiovascular health, aid in digestion, improve sleep and lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Due to space limitations, registration is encouraged. We hope to see you on the mat!

'Parks and Rec' Themed Trivia

Zeitgeist announced Thursday that it will be hosting another Trivia Night in the Zeitgeist Teatro Zuccone. Zeitgeist hosts monthly trivia nights and this month brings a ‘Parks and Rec’ themed Trivia Night.
