Yellow River Echoes: A Living History Fur Trade Experience

Re-enacting the life of fur traders and their Ojibwe neighbors active here from 1802-1805. Experience a working fur post and observe the camp life of the re-enactors as they go about their daily lives in 1802. Enjoy Booya on Saturday afternoon.

Glensheen will kick off a new programing series for children called, “Sunday Funday.” The new programming offers parents and their young children, ages 4 to 8, the chance to learn and be engaged with art, history, and fun.

Summer Picnic Potluck

Lets gather the gardening community together to share a meal and kick off the summer growing season! All are welcome. Please bring: -a labeled dish to share -a favorite yard game -a blanket to sit on (there will be tables to sit at for those who need). The wooden puppet wants to be a real boy and must prove himself truthful and brave in order to get his wish. This play with playful songs is a new and colorful interactive experience for kids and families. An original adaptation of the classic story, Pinocchio comes to life with the TYA adult acting company for two weekends (one in June, and one in July).
