Whether it be fighting crime on the streets, mediating relations with the public or volunteering in the community Duluth Police Chief Gordon Ramsay has once again made it clear this year that he's all about making Duluth a safe place for it's residents. He's not afraid to get out from behind the desk and talk face to face with people when there's a disagreement and often shows a fair approach in the way he handles things. By engaging the community and reaching out to address their problems and encouraging his officers to do so as well, he has worked to gain people's trust. Although not every decision that he has to make is an easy one or is cut and dry, he often looks out for the communities interest above all else.
