There will be a “Free Farmers Market” of 120 large cases of fresh produce in the Bent Paddle parking lot, 1832 W. Michigan St., on Tuesday, March 31, 2-5 p.m. or until the food is gone.

This “farmers market” is for everyone, but especially for the families of the Lincoln Park neighborhood as well as the un- and under-employed due to COVID-19 and beyond. Market-goers can also stop by the Census table onsite to grab quick info about the 2020Census.

There will be strict social distancing measures in place for the line and anyone not following rules will be asked to leave. The goal of this is a very quick in and out like a safe & sanitary trip to the grocery store. Any leftover food will be donated.

The market is organized by Clyde Iron Works & Bent Paddle Brewing Co. in Partnership with Sysco Minnesota, Pier B Resort Hotel, and the 2020 Census.
