2020 Needs To Be The Year Of the Woman

Men Have Screwed Up The World Enough

Women have been under the control of men for four million years since Lucy fell out of an African tree. It has become evident that much of Planet Earth may become uninhabitable in just one generation from now from the transgressions and inactions of men. Men have been in charge for millions of years and have miserably failed their primary duty of protecting the planet and the human race from extinction. It’s time for women around the world to take over that responsibility from testosterone-laced bumbling men. American women in 1848 met in the Seneca Falls Convention (NY) to plan how to wrest power from Boobus Americanus men. They made a list of 12 demands, including the right to speak in public as respected authorities, to be judged by the same moral standard as men (that falls in the category of a serious mistake!), have the opportunity for the same jobs as men—with equal pay, equal rights in marriages, and desired that men stop psychological warfare in attempting to destroy self-confidence and self respect in their potential mates. Strangely enough, getting the right to vote was ninth on the list of 12. In fact, most of the women at the conference felt that the idea of allowing women to vote was so outlandish they thought that fighting for the right to vote might make their whole movement ridiculous. The resolution about voting passed with a tiny margin. It actually took another 70 years to get the 19th Amendment through Congress and ratified. It was Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the 1930’s who expressed his ideas about “adopting a social system in which the producer possesses both political power and the means of producing and distributing goods.” In his State of the Union speech on January 6, 1941 he put these ideas into a speech outlining his Four Freedoms for the U.S. and the world: “We look forward to a world founded upon four essential human freedoms. The first of freedom of speech and expression—everywhere in the world. The second is freedom of every person to worship God in his own way—everywhere in the world. The third is freedom from want—everywhere in the world. The fourth is freedom from fear everywhere in the world.”

Why Women Need To Take Over From Men

I see male politicians are getting excited about stopping the vaping crisis in the U.S. We have had 1,300 lung injury cases and 33 deaths in the last six months. Some governors are calling it a public health emergency. Do they know a real public health emergency when they see one? About 20,000 Americans have died and 50,000 have been wounded by firearms in six months while only 33 have died from vaping. Firearm deaths and wounds is a real public health emergency that has been recognized by women for decades! What is the 2nd Amendment worth? One Michigan high school is spending $48 million on a renovation that includes curved hallways and hiding places to protect students from a mass shooter. Colorado school districts have been allotted buckets filled with kitty litter to be used as toilets in mass shooter lockdowns. It’s time to get rid of about 15 million rifles that can fire up to 700 rounds per minute. Gun manufacturers have created and are selling a 300-round drum for military-style semi-automatic rifles.

How many dead kids will it take to control this U.S. firearm perversion? Men have failed to cope with climate change while Nebraska farms have been flooded all summer and California farms have been sinking several feet because aquifers have been drained of water during long droughts. It was 116 degrees in the shade outside a soccer stadium in Doha, Qatar last week. Men cannot work effectively when the temperature reaches 125 degrees. Qatar is the richest country in the world and is now air conditioning eight open-air soccer stadiums for the 2022 World Cup in soccer. Yes, you read that right. It is now so hot in tropical zones Qatar is trying to condition open air. I see two NASA all-female astronauts spent 5.5 hours in space replacing a power unit on the International Space Station. Just think of the billions of dollars we would have saved if all astronauts had been women. We would have required much less rocket power to put smaller equipment and smaller women into space!

Men Have Always Ignored The Poor And Kissed The Posteriors Of The Rich

A recent report indicated the 400 richest Americans paid taxes at a rate of 23% while the bottom half of all American households paid a rate of 24.2%. The highest tax rate in 1950 was 70%. In 1970 the rich paid a rate of over 50%, twice as much as the rest of the working class. This is why the middle class grew and gained some political power in the 30 years after World War II. But the era of Ronald Reagan greed started to decimate the middle class by destroying unions and cutting taxes for the rich. Chris Hedges has studied rich families for many years. His article “The Pathology of the Rich” reveals his findings: “The pathology of the rich white family is the most dangerous pathology in America. The rich white family is cursed with too much money and privilege. It is devoid of empathy, the results of lifetimes of entitlement.

It has little sense of loyalty and lacks the capacity for self-sacrifice. Its definition of friendship is reduced to ‘What can you do for me?’ It is possessed by an insatiable lust to increase its fortunes and power. It believes that wealth and privilege confer to it a superior intelligence and virtue. It is infused with an unchecked hedonism and narcissism. And because of all of this, it interprets reality through a lens of self-adulation and greed that renders it delusional. The rich white family is a menace. The pathologies of the poor, when set against the pathologies of the rich white people, are like a candle set beside the sun.” Because of cuts and tax avoidance, the relaxation of business regulations, and the failure to enforce anti-monopoly laws, the U.S. has the greatest economic inequality in the industrialized world.

As one example, Jeff Bezos of Amazon makes the American annual median salary of $61,937 every 12 seconds he is on the job. He lives in a 27,000 sq. ft. home which has 25 bathrooms. Amazon has not paid any federal taxes for the last two years, In fact, according to Security Exchange Commission filings it claimed a refund on $11 billion in profits in 2018 and on $6 billion in profits in 2017. Kiplinger economists have compiled a list of 49 companies that Amazon will probably put out of business soon. The list includes Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Kroger, Target, Trader Joe’s, UPS, Fedex Office Depot, and Staples. Amazon has also gained a reputation for not caring about the welfare of its employees. Because of the number of accidents and fatalities in its many warehouses, it is on the list of the 12 most dangerous places to work in the U.S. by the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health.

A Few Rich White Men Do Not Agree With Chris Hedges

Marc Benioff, a billionaire chairman of Salesforce, admits that industrialized, disaster-type capitalism has been great for him for 20 years, but he says: “Capitalism as we know is dead.” He writes: ‘Capitalism as it has been practiced in recent decades—with its obsession on maximizing profits for shareholders—has also led to horrifying inequality. Globally, the 26 richest people in the world now have as much wealth as the poorest 3.8 bilion people, and the relentless spewing of carbon emissions is pushing the planet toward catastrophic climate change.

In the United States, income inequality has reached its highest level in at least 50 years, with the top.01 percent—people like me—owning roughly 20 percent of the wealth while many Americans cannot afford to pay for a $400 emergency. It is no wonder that support for capitalism has dropped, especially among young people….It’s time for a new capitalism—a more fair equal and sustainable capitalism that actually works for everyone and where businesses, including tech companies, don’t just take from society but truly give back and have a positive impact.” It seems women are much more interested in childcare than men—and they have good reason. In 2017 there were 15 million children under the age of six with both parents in the workforce, necessary to maintain a middle-class living. But one year of childcare cost as much as one year of college at a public institution—and nationally childcare averages between $9,000 and $9,600 a year. The East Coast is famous for high prices.

In Boston a well-educated woman making over $60,000 a year will spend about $21,000 a year for childcare for her two-year daughter. That’s more than what she would pay to send her daughter to the University of Massachusetts. The Center for American Progress think tank figured that two million parents had to leave work, change jobs or turn down a job offer because of childcare expenses in 2016. This resulted in the American economy losing $57 billion in lost earnings, A survey of young Americans in 2018 by Morning Consult of the New York Times reported that the expenses of childcare is the No. 1 reason for not having children. The birthrate for 2018 was the lowest in 32 years. The U.S. Department of Health states that childcare costs should be at about 7% of family income. In reality 95% of families spend much more than that. Every other industrialized nation has programs that cover much of the childcare expenses.

2020 Has To Be The Year Of The Woman As Leader Of Nations

The U.S, government has been filled with men in leadership roles for 200 years. Now most of the men are sitting on their testosterone-filled fat asses doing nothing about income inequality, student college debt, healthcare, childcare, gender discrimination, welfare, tax reform, repair of the nation’s infrastructure, race discrimination, election rules, climate change, pollution, anti-trust reform, and a thousand other problems facing the nation. A good Republican by the name of Theodore Roosevelt wrote this over 100 years ago: “There can be no real political democracy without something approaching an economic democracy.” If he were alive today he would “invigorate” anti-trust laws to break up big banks and big pharma. They have too much political power today. The corruption in this country is everywhere. We have 60 huge corporations that have paid no federal taxes for years while hiding profits in overseas tax havens. And they are not even audited for evasion. The U.S. county with the highest audit rate in the country? It’s Humphreys County in Mississippi, one of the poorest counties in the country—and the population is three-quarters black. Women have a lot to do.
